Kidora’s mission is to bring customized TV for your Child in the form of hundreds of online youtube video channels, categorized into Fun, Learning, Music, Health and Bedtime Stories Channel Packages!

Kidora’s strives for this by presenting the next generation of an intelligent, fun oriented, educational TV experience for kids aged 6 and under, based on the following core founding principles:

-Mix learning and fun media intelligently, to kindle the curiosity in Children and let them learn while having fun.

-Enrich the Parent-Child experience at Home and in Outdoors with hand picked content like parenting articles, arts, crafts & experiments to do at home, etc.,

-Not intentionally expose Kids to any form of Advertisement (**See Disclaimer)

-Not expose Kids under 6, to any In-App purchase banners

NOTE: Please note that, since Kidora Player streams content from the internet, a good Wifi connection is highly recommended. Also, if you are using a cellular or mobile network (3G/4G LTE), you might use your data plan if you have disabled Kidora Player to use only Wifi. Kidora App provides two modes of operation:
•Kidora Player for Kids
•Kidora Parental Mode for Parents that is protected by a Parental Gate Password

The Kidora Player features more than 150 online “channels” that are created and maintained dynamically based on pre-screened, kid-safe content from Youtube.com

The channels are grouped into five major categories based on the Child’s Age and Gender setting.

(1) Fun – Popular kids entertainment videos which have atleast some learning value to the Kid.

(2) Learn – Channels designed based on a preschool-kindergarten curriculum, like Colors, Shapes, Alphabets, Phonics, Sight Words, Science, Nature, History etc.,

(3) Healthy Living – Healthy Habits, Intro to Vegetables, Cartoons focusing on Healthy Eating, Exercises, Intro to various Sports etc.,

(4) Music – Music notes introduction, Musical Instruments introduction, Popular Kids Songs, Kids Musical Shows.

(5) Bedtime – Story Reading, Lullabies and Symphonies.

To add to this, the Player also provides the following features that Parents can use to fully control what their Kid can watch and learn:

-Customize the channel database for their own Kid.
-Favorite channels list that are quickly accessible by a Favorites button in the player screen
-“Stream via Wifi ONLY” option to save on 3G/4G data.
-Customize Player mode to operate in a single category like, Learning only, which will make the player play only the channels in the Learning category.
-Bedtime Start time, after which, the Player will automatically switch to playing only Bedtime category channels only.
-Maximum daily TV time
-Weekly History

* Parental Mode

In Parental Mode, Kidora aims to enrich Parenthood by providing a weekly collection of the following:
-Kids education related to articles
-Healthy Nutrition Info, Lunch Ideas
-Seasonal crafts and indoor/outdoor projects
-Learning videos that the Parent and Kid can watch together and discuss.
-Provides access to App Settings
